我是 王昊文(Haowen Wang), 一名算法爱好者
我于2020年获得浙江大学工程热物理专业学士学位，获浙江大学优秀毕业生，并于2021年获得帝国理工学院 计算科学硕士学位，并以Merit荣誉毕业。
在2020-2021，我在微信工作，负责视频号的推荐系统和微信搜一搜的搜索算法。从2022年至今, 我在蚂蚁集团担任算法工程师, 负责过商家域、端push、首页卡片等的增长推荐工作，同时也覆盖了NLP、多模态大模型的算法研究和应用
总的来说，我的研究兴趣聚焦在推荐系统、营销增长、LLM，Tuning等。我已经负责过超过10个大型的针对关键指标的优化项目，其目标涵盖DAU、留存、CTR、CVR、UPLIFT等

Hello, this is Haowen Wang, an Algorithm Researcher
I obtained my bachelor's degrees in Thermal Physics Engineering from Zhejiang University in 2020 and obtained my master's degrees in Computational Science from Imperial College London in 2021. From 2019 to 2020, I was a visiting scholar at the Department of Engineering Phisics, UIUC.
From 2020 to 2021, I worked at Wechat, Tencent as an algorithm engineer, focused on recommendation system in 视频号 and search algorithms in 搜一搜. From 2022 to now, I worked at Alipay, Antgroup as an algorithm engineer, previously responsible for merchant wide recommendation, push | homepage card | promotion.
My expertise includes LLM, Natural Language Processing, Recommendation Systems, Search engines, Machine learning and Numerical Algorithms. When I was in academia, I did research on machine learning, numerical optimization, parallel computing, etc. I have launched over 10 projects that significantly improved key indicators such DAU, retention, CTR, etc.
